Marjorie Meade came to work at ‘The Bungalow’ (which Heytesbury House was called back then) in 1946. She was 16 and worked as a housekeeper/hospital assistant. In later years she became a nurse at the Hospital.
Marjorie returned in 2012 to reminisce – a few years before passing away. We hope you enjoy the first in our three part series as Marjorie tours the property and reminisces about her years working there.
