Enjoy Part II of Marjorie Meade’s trip down memory lane as she discusses sterilisation techniques and Lesley King, the ‘message man’ who also worked at the former Hospital.
Marjorie Meade started work at the Hospital in 1946. She was 16 and worked as a housekeeper/hospital assistant. In later years she became a nurse at the Hospital. She returned in 2012 to reminisce – a few years before passing away.
